Job Description

Safety Training Manager required to join an award winning technical and energy services company, hard and soft FM provider.\\nThe company design, build and maintain M&E infrastructure services to energy, engineering and facilities sectors, increasing the use of low carbon energy and delivering groundbreaking energy solutions.\\nDuties include:\\nExperience in all elements of Health and Safety Training.\\nDeliver the identified core Health and Safety Training Courses.\\nDevelop and deliver Training Plans for each of the Business Units and Business Sectors.\\nIdentify new areas of Training that can be rolled out into the Business to improve service delivery and Business Units Teams Competency Levels.\\nSupport with Implementation of ISO Accreditations.\\nLead on QSHE Training related continuous improvement activates for the Business Units and Business Sectors.\\nThis role typically involves 4 days per week travelling and delivering training with 1 day office or home based. Most of the training will be within and just outside the M25. Being based In London or Northern Home Counties would be ideal.\\nExperience:\\nThe ability to deliver a wide range of safety courses.\\nExperience working in Facilities Management M&E would be ideal.\\nUnderstanding of Training requirements for an M&E Business would be ideal.\\nAn understanding of Quality Management Systems.\\nQualifications:\\nNEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.\\nAET, CET and DET (previously PTLLS, CTLLS and DTLLS Training Qualification) or equivalent.\\nThe company is paying £50k-£55k plus car allowance, health and pension and career progression
