- Proven ability to manage and mentor multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience with foundation design and structural engineering principles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with CDM regulations and health & safety requirements.
- SC clearance (or eligibility to achieve this).
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Experience delivering projects within nuclear, defence, public sector, highways, or complex industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of seismic design, ground improvement techniques, and advanced structural analysis.
- Familiarity with technical assurance processes and regulatory compliance.
