This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days a week in the office. We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding pure-play online business, having achieved an incredible turnover growth from £0 to over £60 million within just three years of operation. With ambitious growth plans both domestically and internationally, they are looking for a talented and proactive Website & Digital Marketing Executive to join their innovative team and contribute to the continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise website content to improve conversion rates and enhance the user journey.
- Oversee merchandising efforts, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
- Work across multiple marketing channels including email, social media, SEO, and more to support integrated campaigns.
- Assist with copywriting for marketing communications and promotional content.
- Conduct performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations based on data.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure assets are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Help improve the overall customer experience through strategic operational collaboration.
- Provide general support to the digital marketing team as needed.
Key Requirements:
- A marketing degree or equivalent qualification with twelve months experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role.
- Any experience with website content management (ideally on ecommerce platforms) would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Google Analytics is desirable although not essential.
- Strong analytical, research, and numerical skills.
