My client are an established start up who are a specialist executive search and consulting company focused on the media, entertainment and sports sectors. Headed up by an industry heavyweight who has enjoyed a career both in television and top tier search.
As a Senior Associate you will be supporting the founder on a range of mandates ranging from Chair, NED and CEO through to senior leaders in key commercial, financial, creative, human resource, functional, marketing, general management, technology and digital roles. All mandates are retained and most are between the £200k and £500k bracket.
The client base include large global, multi-national, private, public and family-owned businesses to entrepreneurial start-ups across Media, Sports and Entertainment, there are some really cool people working in up-and-coming production companies who are fun and great to talk to.
My client is looking for candidates who are either. experienced Researchers with 2 years + from any sector background, delivery people from an executive search background who can revenue generate and or cntingent recruiters ideally with the sector experience who have billed well and could work on the more junior £100k roles for example in 360 capacity.
