Contracts Manager- Residential Groundworks

I have been asked to find the above for my client based in Yorkshire. You’ll need groundworks subcontracting experience- especially roads and sewers, drainage and plotworks. It is essential that your background is in specialist subcontracting- particularly groundworks and preferably in the residential sector. Ideally you’ll already be successful at this level and will be looking after up to 6 schemes at any one time. You will report directly to the Contracts Director and be trusted to manage your own diary and workloads- my client believes very strongly in allowing you to take control of your time and daily diary. There’s a very strong salary (85-95k) and package including a car allowance, pension contributions and life assurance. There is also a bonus scheme in place as an extra performance incentive. The key is finding candidates who can successfully juggle, production, health and safety, budget and quality whilst delivering a timely and successful result.
