Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading financial services business in central London. This is a global firm offering a variety of specialist services and consistently ranking above its peers in a number of specialist areas. I’m looking to secure them a Benefits Manager that will join the firm on an interim basis for 9-12 months.

Reporting into the Head of Benefits, you’ll be joining a benefits team of 3 covering their populations across their EMEA and APAC regions but also partnering closely with their US teams. This multi-country role will be focused on reviewing, developing, building and implementing compliant leave of absence policies and procedures.

You will be required to map out the policies in each country and evaluate their fit for purpose. The policies in each country have different levels of maturity and relevance and need a benefits expert to ensure they are all up to speed, competitive and compliant against the local labour laws and best practices.

You’ll need to collaborate closely with the local teams, HRIS, payroll and legal teams to deliver on this project. Using Workday, you will need to ensure effective processes and procedures are in place and you’ll work to ensure all the appropriate communications and documentation are in place.

This is a heavily project-based role that requires a HR practitioner with a number of years of employee benefits experience that covers leave of absence policy work for an international scope. You’ll need an energy and passion for change, an eye for detail and excellent project management skills.

You must be keen to make an impact, have an investigative nature and be a solution-focused problem solver with initiative. As this is a fixed term contract the successful candidate will ideally need to be available on short notice.

The role is offering £75-90k per annum and they operate a 2 day per week in office hybrid model. Ideally you will have worked within a financial or professional services environment previously.

If you’re interested in this role and would like more information, please apply and contact Nick Arnold at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search in the Reward, HR Tech and Analytics market.
