We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our clientβs team.
You'll be responsible for managing a caseload of EL/PL/RTA claimant work using Proclaim case management software.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert legal advice and representation in litigation, negotiations, and mediations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including court pleadings and proceedings.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
