The Senior Solution Architect will provide deep technical and functional expertise in Order to Cash (O2C), Physical Logistics, and Warehouse Management business capabilities. This role ensures the integrity of the current application portfolio, including upstream and downstream functional areas. The architect will support portfolio strategy, ongoing operations, and transformational programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders worldwide.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or a similar role, with a focus on Order to Cash (O2C), Physical Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and technologies (APIs, Middleware).
  • Experience guiding development teams to maintain product and service design integrity, ensuring compliance with global standards and mandated processes.
  • Business Process Optimization - Automation and Digital Transformation.
  • Familiarity with SAP and non-SAP systems to support operations in resolving complex, high-impact issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Integration, Digital Transformation and both technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop and recommend solutions.
  • Experience supporting product managers in lifecycle management, aligning with business priorities, budgets, versioning, and risk management.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive vision of the BCF area and its integration with other cross-functional capabilities.

  • Act as a Design Authority for Order to Cash (O2C), Physical Logistics, and Warehouse Management, evaluating the impact of initiatives and providing strategic guidance.
  • Advocate for automation and innovative technology-driven solutions.
  • Support operations in troubleshooting high-impact issues, ensuring business continuity.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with transformational programs sharing knowledge, supporting the design of new solutions, services, and products.
