Gaming Realms plc is the developer and licensor of mobile focused, real money games. Gaming Realms has experienced significant growth in the last year due to the success of our unique content and commercial partnerships.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Game Producer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and production of mobile-focused real money and social gaming content. The Game Producer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality games that meet market demands and exceed client expectations.
- Innovation and Creativity: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative and creative ideas to the development process. Collaborate with the design team to ensure games are visually appealing and aligned with market trends.
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end production process for multiple gaming projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with development teams, artists, designers, and other stakeholders to establish project goals and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of polished and bug-free gaming experiences. Conduct thorough testing and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
- Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and translating them into actionable tasks for the development team. Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and status updates.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in the development process and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
About You
- ~4+ years of experience in product development in the gaming industry and/or casino gaming
- ~ Good understanding of the maths behind igaming games (Slots, instant, scratch cards, bingo or table games)
- ~ In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry including competitive intelligence, game mechanics and industry trends
- ~ Strong knowledge and skills in the content areas of: maths design, art, sound, project management
- ~ Experience in a key creative discipline (art, maths, engineering)
- ~ Experience working with SCRUM and agile methodologies in cross functional teams
- ~ Experience in coordinating multiple remote teams on creating a single product, ideation to launch
- ~ You are a self-starter, with excellent organisation and time-management
- ~ Excellent written and verbal communication; wireframing, documentation and presentation skills
- ~ Proficient in JIRA or other project tools
Knowledge, Skill and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Game Producer in the mobile gaming industry.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful game deliveries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile gaming trends, mechanics, and technologies.
- Familiarity with both real money and social gaming content.
Hours: We work hard, but at times that make sense to our employees. If you’ve got a long commute and you would rather start late and finish late that’s no problem. If you want to work from home because of family commitments or otherwise that’s fine with us. Generally we aim to be in the London office on Tuesday and Thursdays by 9.30am.
