The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

To provide a key role in the Business Intelligence function of the Trust. To work alongside colleagues in setting up new reporting processes to track and report activity data to key stakeholders. Special interest in developing, supporting and improving the Trust’s Workforce planning interests and reporting offer to the People directorate.

Business Intelligence technical skills are key with knowledge in PowerBI, SSRS and large data warehouses. The role demands a high level of technical, administrative and communication skills that will support in providing accurate and timely delivery of data to meet internal and external business needs. This will be delivered through the provision of appropriately formatted data sets and reports from which informed decisions can be made.

The post holder will prepare reports and support the timely execution of the team's reporting schedule. The post holder will work with managers and HR colleagues to identify workforce information requirements of managers and manage the provision of such information.

To support and be involved in AWP and BNSSG Workforce System Projects that require working on large profile projects. Responsible for proactive data quality excellence, for a seamless service to employees and service users by running data quality reports. Therefore, experience of ESR Business Intelligence Reporting and MS Excel to manipulate the data extracts for presentation would be highly advantageous.

Understanding of National T&C’s (Agenda for Change), NHS Occupational Code Manual, and knowledge of Data Protection (GDPR) is required. The individual will be well used to a project management style approach, working with new/unfamiliar data and pulling out sensible reporting and KPI structures. Ideally experienced in SQL coding in SSRS and used to working with relational database management structures.
