We are searching for an IT Support Analyst to provide high-quality technical support across both 1st and 2nd line issues. This role will involve managing and resolving support tickets, responding to email queries, and providing desk-side/in-person assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Handle password resets, user onboarding, and general IT support queries
  • Escalate complex issues to the wider IT team when necessary
  • Support and maintain Windows-based servers, desktops, and hardware
  • Administer and troubleshoot the Microsoft 365 suite, including user management
  • Experience using an IT ticketing system
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments, including servers and hardware
  • Hands-on experience with mobile devices, particularly iOS (iPhones and iPads)
