We are seeking an Integration Lead to drive the seamless transition of newly acquired data centers into the nLighten network. This role is pivotal in managing the integration of 12 data centers across multiple countries, ensuring alignment of people, processes, and systems. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to establish and execute a structured integration plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle integration of newly acquired data centers, ensuring operational readiness within set timelines.
  • Develop and manage the integration plan, covering people, process, and systems alignment across multiple business functions.
  • Establish governance frameworks to drive accountability, track progress, and mitigate risks during integration.
  • Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of nLighten standards and operational processes.
  • Identify gaps between the acquired sites and nLighten’s existing infrastructure, implementing solutions to drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee stakeholder management across multiple teams, ensuring smooth coordination with external partners and vendors.
  • Align integration efforts with regulatory requirements, financial planning, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Support transition into a permanent integration capability, enabling future M&A expansions.
