Interim Director of Corporate Affairs

This major provider in the North is seeking to appoint an Interim Director of Corporate Affairs for an initial period of three months. Full scope will include:

1. Lead on governance, corporate risk, and assurance processes, ensuring compliance with NHS regulatory standards.
2. Support Executive Team in refining the Board Assurance Framework and Corporate Risk Register, aligning risk management with the Trust’s strategic objectives.
3. Provide expert guidance on high-priority risks, including financial stability, regulatory compliance, workforce cost control, and operational pressures.
4. Engage effectively with system partners to drive collaboration.
5. Act as a key advisor to the CEO, Chair, and Board, ensuring all governance and risk matters are proactively managed.
