Executive Search – Senior Associate – Financial Services Location: LondonDuration: PermanentReference: WR2810My client, a global search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their Financial Services practice as a Senior Associate.Overview Working within a candidate centric, executive search environment, this generalist role is fundamentally key to the execution of senior leadership positions across Financial Services.Responsibilities Working with a consultant on briefs, long listing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, shortlist presentation, and managing interview processesMarket mapping projects, salary / experience benchmarking exercises, writing market insight reportsQualifications You will have the opportunity to work closely with Insurance and Consumer Finance organisations with a worldwide reach – playing an integral part in the delivery of C-level roles.You will be a motivated and confident self-starter with at least two years\’ experience working in a retained environment in any sector.Experience in executive search and familiarity with retained search processes is implied by the responsibilities above, in a generalist Financial Services context.In return, you will work with industry leaders in an organisation that can provide you with an outstanding opportunity to work with established, high billing partners.
