Junior Sales Manager

Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities – Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets – Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients – Assist in preparing sales proposals and conducting product demonstrations – Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly – Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly Qualifications – Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work well in a team environment – Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – A proactive attitude with a drive to succeed
