We are looking for a new Asset Manager who shares our values and will use them to guide the way they work on a daily basis. You will be accountable to our Director of Development & Asset Management. You will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of the planned investment, energy efficiency measures, and compliance programme, ensuring the Association has an accurate asset management database that helps inform decision making.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience of working knowledge of procurement legislation and process, briefing, and appointing consultants and contractors including contract responsibilities and supervision.
  • Knowledge of the proposed new Scottish Housing Net Zero Standard and experience of delivering energy efficiency projects.
  • Experience of planned maintenance budgetary preparation, financial management, and control including the ability to undertake financial modelling and identify key sensitivities.
  • Knowledge of housing construction, maintenance, building processes, and best practice guidance.
