4Site Recruitment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Advisor to support a leading construction firm in London. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving quality assurance and continuous improvement across projects and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a culture of quality-led practices and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other quality certifications.
  • Conduct site audits and inspections, analyse findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Document and refine quality processes and procedures in collaboration with teams.
  • Provide guidance on process improvements and contribute to training materials.
  • Support the development of project-specific inspection and testing plans.
  • Compile and analyse quality-related data, including defect trends and subcontractor performance.
  • Prepare periodic reports on QA performance metrics.
  • Oversee onboarding and compliance checks for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Work closely with HS&E teams to align quality practices with broader compliance objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of digital management systems.

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high personal and professional standards at all times.
  • Attend project meetings and industry events as required.
  • Support staff development and external company promotion.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental policies, recycling initiatives, and sustainability goals.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Maintain required training certifications relevant to the role.
  • Uphold the company's Code of Conduct, ensuring professional and ethical behaviour.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a quality management role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and other relevant certifications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
