As we continue to innovate and develop our customs product, we need a passionate and skilled Product Specialist who can dive into these challenges, identify key problems, and design solutions that make a real difference. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping products that solve problems our customers didn’t even know they had!
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate Complex Issues: Identify challenges in the customs process and develop clear, actionable solutions.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Deliver 2nd line support to ensure our customers’ needs are met quickly and effectively.
- Document Requirements: Translate customer pain points into clear, well-defined product requirements for new features and improvements.
- Improve Existing Functionality: Evaluate current features, recommend enhancements, and help optimize product functionality.
- Create Support Documentation: Write clear release notes, process documentation, and other resources to support customers and development teams.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with both customers and the development team throughout the product lifecycle to ensure the right solutions are delivered.
- Review Product Development: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) for software fixes and new features.
