An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Council’s Information Governance Complaints and Member Enquiries Service as a Complaints Officer. This role is required to assist the Council in managing and complying with its statutory obligations under children’s, adults and public health complaints legislation, as well as supporting the investigation of complex corporate complaints.
The post holder will provide advice and guidance to residents and other stakeholders, including senior managers within all Council services, and will ensure incoming complaints into the council are correctly assessed, allocated, and acted upon. Knowledge and experience of complaints management is essential, as is the use of an electronic case management system.
