Our client is a Central London Local Borough, looking to hire an experienced Building and Facilities Manager at one of its schools. As the Building and Facilities Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the delivery of both hard and soft services to a school. You will oversee all specialist FM service providers and ensure that all H&S, Compliance, and all risk assessments are carried out to industry standard.

The successful Building and Facilities Manager will manage a small team of caretakers/handymen that carry out all minor related repairs. In addition, you will also run all minor works projects, manage a budget and ensure your contractors are meeting their KPIs in accordance with their contract.
