You will also be involved with implementations and client reviews.
To be considered for this role, you will have excellent client-facing CRM skills with extensive senior stakeholder management experience. Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Pre-sales scoping and requirements capture with C level and other stakeholders.
- Client presentations.
- Use your excellent CRM knowledge to guide and advise clients.
- Commercial engagement with C level executives.
- Educate and advise customers on their commitments and expectations.
- Project management of client implementations.
To be considered, you will have the following experience:
- Excellent and detailed knowledge of CRM (not as a user - you will have implemented systems, giving CRM advice, etc.).
- Significant experience working at the C level.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Project management/project delivery skills and experience.
- Experience in client engagement/customer success, etc.
This role offers a lot of autonomy. It is a senior role, and the successful candidate will work closely with potential and established clients, ensuring they understand and get the most out of their CRM. The client is based in Reading, and you need to be in the office 3 days a week. You will also travel to site when required. The salary is likely to be £70,000 - £75,000 + car allowance + bonus. If you have the CRM and business consultancy skills, please send your CV for a full brief. Interviews soon and immediate start available.
