Our Client, a well-known City / International Firm, is keenly looking to add a senior lawyer to their already burgeoning team as they seek to strengthen their hold on the sector and further improve their reputation for this area of law (already directory ranked) with the hiring of a proven property litigator at Partner level or a Legal Director / Of Counsel level.

The successful applicant will be UK qualified and will have worked on a range of sophisticated matters for high-end clients. The property litigation team sits within the greater Real Estate team of the Firm, a close-knit and cohesive group where the litigators are one of the highest-billing teams across all departments.

This is a Firm that has a clear strength in the real estate sector and would expect an individual joining them at Senior level to have established some following of their own, although the Firm does operate a strong departmental cross-referral strategy.

This is very much a live role and is open to individuals who have previously worked at a well-regarded City, West End, or Regional Firm and who are looking to take the next step in their career.
