Staff Nurse (Night Shifts)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our client’s nursing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, person-centred nursing care to our residents throughout the night. As a Night Nurse, you will ensure that residents’ clinical, physical, and emotional needs are met with professionalism kindness the night. Your role will involve the ongoing assessment and monitoring of residents’ health and well-being, responding promptly to any changes in their condition, and ensuring all care provided is in line with individual care plans., * Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitoring and recording vital signs and health status.

• Responding to emergencies and providing appropriate medical interventions.

• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.

• Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families.

• Valid RGN or RMN qualification.

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during high-pressure situations.
