Swanstaff Ltd is looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team! We have a range of opportunities across supported living services and care homes in Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Person-Centered Support: Provide individualized support by listening to, discussing, and planning everyone’s goals and ambitions.
  • Community Engagement: Assist individuals in participating in community activities, such as attending educational programs, engaging in social events, and accessing vocational opportunities.
  • Daily Living Assistance: Support individuals with daily tasks, including personal care, meal planning, cooking, and medication management.
  • Skill Development: Encourage and empower individuals to develop personal and practical skills, promoting independence in their everyday lives.
  • Emotional Support: Offer emotional support to help individuals manage challenges and enhance their well-being.
Requirements:
  • Full, valid driver’s license and comfort with transporting residents.
  • Previous experience in a care setting.
