My client, a global membership company operating in the financial services sector, is looking for an experienced Interim Learning/Education Consultant to produce a clear, actionable strategy that shapes the future of the organisation’s education initiatives, aligning them with their broader organisational objectives.

Key Duties:

  • A thorough analysis of opportunities and potential partnerships with universities and educational institutions across key global markets.
  • An assessment of emerging trends and government policies shaping the education sector, informing the organisation’s approach.
  • Recommendations for localising the organisation’s educational programs to suit the unique needs of different regions, while maintaining global cohesion.
  • An in-depth exploration of under-18 education opportunities, including identifying potential entry points for younger learners to engage with the organisation’s programs.
  • A review of the apprenticeship market in the UK, with recommendations on how the organisation can better integrate its offerings with apprenticeship schemes.
