The Opportunity: Commerce Product Director
As Commerce Product Director, you'll work in our integral Commerce Solutions team managing our products from creation to sunsetting, ensuring they deliver value across the Groupe and the clients. You'll be responsible for driving internal adoption, aiding external marketing efforts, and client onboarding. With a mix of strategic vision, technical knowledge, and stakeholder engagement, you'll guide the development and ideation of new solutions within the Commerce landscape.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from onboarding to sunsetting, ensuring maximum value and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, including localising global solutions to meet UK market and client needs.
- Act as the main interface for internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and client-focused product delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritise features, and guide product development while balancing current capabilities with future needs.
- Manage internal and external marketing efforts, including creating specifications, case studies, and narratives to drive product adoption and highlight value.
- Monitor product adoption and performance, gather feedback, and build business cases for enhancements or new features to address business targets.
- Represent products in client-facing scenarios, using insights to address needs and promote innovative solutions effectively.
What you'll need:
- A solid knowledge of the AdTech or Commerce landscape, with proven experience in areas such as product management, product marketing, or performance media within a retailer, brand, or agency environment.
- Your background should include a mix of technical and strategic expertise, with experience in product lifecycle management, business planning, and delivering data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- A drive to continuously improve, promote, and evolve the products you oversee.
