Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Executive - Accounts Receivable to be based in London, UK. The Senior Finance Executive is required to take full responsibility for the accounts receivable management of a defined customer portfolio, maximizing and improving order to cash efficiency. The main purpose of the role is to minimize Red Bull's credit risk exposure, maximize cash flow and create value add relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role is also required to engage in initiatives and projects outside of the traditional AR environment, supporting Treasury, Financial Accounting, Controlling and Commercial Finance functions. You will do this by maintaining a high quality and professional sales ledger function, bringing accounts receivable to life through a philosophy of active business partnering and personal development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Encourage and influence a right-first-time process flow, challenging existing ways of working.
- Pro-active engagement in process design and continuous improvement projects.
- Working closely with the Operations teams to ensure order processing efficiency and accuracy, with a total OTC ownership.
- Engage HQ stakeholders to maximize system improvement opportunities.
- Create and explore innovations and initiatives to drive value for the team and wider Treasury & Finance organizations.
Accounts Receivable Management
- Support Treasury Manager and Financial Accounting team in meeting MEC obligations.
- Engage and develop relationships with key customer contacts, driving efficiencies throughout the OTC cycle.
- Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of sales ledger with accurate postings and effective sales ledger maintenance.
- Supporting the Treasury aims of the Finance organization by minimizing overdue sales invoices to support key DSO.
NHR metrics
- Oversee the internal CPM rebate approval process, ensuring on-time invoice approvals and balance sheet cleanliness.
- Management of customer master data and customer account reconciliations.
Business Partnering
- Establish and develop key internal and external stakeholder network, becoming a credible Business Partner at all levels.
- Represent and drive the Finance agenda with key internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Financial Accounting team, supporting on planning cycles and key statutory deadlines.
- Create successful partnerships with key stakeholders across Financial Accounting and Commercial Finance.
