Avenue Recruitment are currently looking for a highly organised Office Administrator with accountancy knowledge to support our client within the Construction industry. The Office Administrator will manage administrative tasks, assist in financial processes, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office administration, including document management and correspondence
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and managing expenses
- Maintain accurate records and assist with bookkeeping duties
- Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal teams to ensure efficient operations
- Manage scheduling, appointments and office supplies
- Assist in financial reporting and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Liaising via phone and email
Essential Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within roofing or construction
