We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations to lead multi-site operations, ensure compliance, and build high-performing teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing multi-site operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficiency
- Implementing standardised operating procedures to maintain consistency and compliance
- Driving process optimisation and cost efficiencies to improve turnaround times
