The company covers Financial Services, Law, Technology, Life Sciences, and Accountancy & Finance. The firm is looking to hire up to 6 dynamic, motivated and ambitious graduates across Financial Services and Legal Services.
Graduates in their first year at the firm last year billed £200,000 and took home £100,000 in remuneration. The Financial Services division focuses on recruiting exceptional talent for Private Equity, Investment Banking and Corporate Development positions. A large global team of head-hunters covers the US, EMEA and APAC markets. They recruit on behalf of Bulge Bracket Investment Banks, Elite and Independent Boutiques, Private Equity Funds (Buy out, Growth and Venture), Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and global to start-up corporates.
The Law division works with top-tier Legal 500 Law firms, including Magic and Silver Circle as well as US firms. They focus on headhunting top talent from associate to partner level, and their global outreach means that they often assist in the relocation of Associates from country to country.
The firm offers a £26,000 graduate base salary, a 45% commission structure, quick career progression, amazing staff benefits and a positive company culture. They work in the office 5 days per week from 8.30am-6.30pm, and their offices are by Chancery Lane station.
