We are looking for the right person to join our Property Services Team at North Devon Council as an Estates Officer, based at the Brynsworthy Environment Centre, Barnstaple. As part of a busy Property team, you will be responsible for the management of the Corporate Property Estate and the provision of a landlord and tenant, valuation and agency service, as well as be involved in the delivery of the services.
