Could you be the operational lead for our learning programme? The purpose of this role is to manage the customer delivery of our learning programme by being:

  • The operational lead for our learning programme
  • The key point of contact for participants
  • Project manager for our mentoring programmes

Responsibilities as a Learning Project Manager:

Reporting to Head of Learning Programmes, you will:

  • Be the operational lead for our learning programme. You will set up and maintain the systems and processes that are required for our programmes to run, including CRM, our learning platform and communications platform. This will involve working with the relevant teams internally to ensure systems integrations work seamlessly, acting as the master administrator for our learning platform, managing ways of working with sub-portal owners and managing the enrolment process for users. You will own the operational relationship with the learning platform account manager, consider ways to maximise functionality and make recommendations for opportunities to improve user experience. You will set up and maintain courses and content on the learning platform, according to the brief from the Learning Content Manager, and set up testing and feedback processes to ensure it’s delivered to a high standard. You will provide weekly reports to track progress and engagement rates against target and benchmark and highlight any risks.
  • Act as the key point of contact for participants. You will be responsible for all communications to participants, creating and delivering an effective plan from course registration to completion. You will own the learning inbox, responding promptly to queries, leading the resolution of any issues and giving participants a great experience. You will use feedback and your knowledge of best practice to continuously improve our engagement rates.
  • Project manage our mentoring programmes. You will be responsible for project managing our mentoring programmes. This will involve managing the registration process for participants, working closely with the Engagement Manager to ensure consistent communication with client contacts. Setting up relevant mentoring matches, making effective use of technology and collaborating with internal experts to do so. Delivering a high-quality mentor/mentee experience, including managing communications throughout the programme, providing support and facilitating any live sessions for participants. Report on progress and feedback against target and benchmark and highlight any risks. Use feedback and your knowledge of best practice to identify and recommend opportunities to develop the programme.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience of managing projects, solving problems and demonstrating flexibility.
  • Experience of working with tools and systems, as well as demonstrating curiosity and interest in getting the most from them for the benefit of the users and the business.
  • Experience with any of the following would be desirable: learning platforms, CRM system, communication platforms such as Dotdigital, project management tools such as Monday.com or Trello.
  • Confident working autonomously with high attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactively seeks ways to improve what we do for our users.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners on solutions.
