Paralegal - Debt Recovery

We are looking for experienced Debt Recovery Paralegals to join our Service Charge team If you are an individual looking to join a fast moving and growing business then we want to hear from you.

Duties will include:

• Managing a varied caseload linked to collecting ground rent and service charge arrears
• Management of the day to day completion of tasks within the case management system
• Accountable for completion of an allocated amount of daily tasks specific to the progression of debt recovery files
• Corresponding with clients and providing the necessary advice and services, based on the firm’s specialism and advising on likely costs
• Creating letters tailored to the client’s individual needs
• Negotiating with third parties, clients and other professionals to secure settlements
• Corresponding with third parties

With an undergraduate degree in Law (or equivalent experience) and working in a debt recovery role with management of your own caseload, you will be able to demonstrate how you meet your deadlines and KPIs and are resilient and tenacious.
