Based in Southwest London, a commercially minded Chartered Building Surveyor is now needed by a medium sized construction consultancy to take on Chartered Building Surveyor work. The Chartered Building Surveyor will have flexible working from day one and will be working alongside a myriad of key clients within the Commercial and High End Residential markets. Clients include established property giants, investment businesses and private clients.
The successful professional will have the opportunity to express their expertise and encourage forward-thinking and proactive services. The Building Surveying role offers a balanced workload, with both project and professional services. You will act as the Chartered Building Surveyor on projects with budgets up to £35m, while providing professional services such as defect diagnosis, dilapidations, and pre-acquisition surveys. The practice is wanting a Chartered Building Surveyor who can bring quality professional and project services and building relationships. You can expect to be working across mainly central London and Southeast, providing services on prestigious buildings. Projects range between £1m - £35M.
The Chartered Building Surveyor:
- Has a Consultancy / Private practice background
- Strong understanding of Building defects, Dilapidations, Condition reports, Contracts Administration, measured surveys
