World leading industrial engineering group who develop bespoke special purpose machinery have an opportunity for a recent graduate to join their European sales team in a role which will allow development to Area Sales Manager within 2-3 years.

Graduate Technical Sales Engineer - The Role:- Support Area Sales Managers to achieve sales.
- With Areas Sales Managers, visit customers to discuss potential requirements, to enhance their understanding of the company's products and how the company can help to develop and solve their business needs.
- Build close relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product knowledge.
- Produce quotation and proposal documentation ensuring accuracy of the document prior to submission.
- Work collaboratively with Internal Engineering team and other members of the Sales team to ensure effective service to the customer.
- Produce and issue internal contract documentation.
- Monitor customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back-up as required.
- Participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
- Electrical / Mechanical / Civil engineering qualification or previous experience in a similar role.
- Graduate Engineer or experienced Technical Sales Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Service Engineer.
- Keen to develop technical and sales skills with the objective of progressing to an Area Sales Manager role.
- Full UK driving licence & passport.
Located in the West Midlands, this role would be commutable from Worcester, Kidderminster, Birmingham or Redditch. This role offers an immediate start or a May/June start for 2025 Graduates. Our client is unable to provide sponsorship or employ individuals for this role currently on a Student Visa or Post Study Work Visa.
