The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 £ per year.
The purpose of the role is identifying and securing new business opportunities as well as managing and servicing key accounts and our existing UK customers. Following completion of the probationary period, this role will involve spending an average of 3 days a week on the road visiting new and existing customers, quoting projects, producing marketing strategies, maintaining solid relationships, and ensuring that they are kept informed of all new product developments. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure sales targets are met, provide our customers with an excellent standard of service, and grow and maintain this important area of the business.
Job Duties:

- Maintain and grow existing client base and identify new customers to maximise sales and exceed forecasts whilst also providing our world-class level of customer support.
- Meet with clients, educate them on our products and develop trusted relationships, ensuring they do not turn to competitors through continuously proposing products and solutions that suit their market and customer's needs.
- Drive sales through effective cross selling and promotion of our brands, working with the Marketing Manager to create effective promotional materials.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of products available to customers and ensure a full understanding of competitor activity, and strengths and weaknesses.
- Serve as a link of communication between key customers, marketing and the internal admin team, assisting with customer issues and enquiries.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships, resolve any issues and problems faced by customers, and deal with issues promptly.
- Prepare and present monthly reports regarding sales and marketing activities and performance; ensure that all departmental administration, proposals, and reports are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
