Job Description:
As a Domiciliary Carer, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to elderly service users in their own homes. Your duties will include:

– Ensuring service users have eaten and taken fluids onboard
– Providing personal care as outlined in individual care plans
– Conducting visits to service users\’ homes, with each visit lasting approximately one hour
– Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements:
– Experience working with the elderly is desirable, although not essential
– Experience supporting clients with dementia, Parkinson\’s, or physical disabilities is advantageous
– Care Certificate or equivalent qualification is desirable
– Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
– Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
– Kind, empathetic, and understanding approach to care
– Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
– Full, clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work use
