Dual Site – Waterloo & Liverpool Street
Salary – up to £38,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:

1. Be the face of the business, delivering a world-class experience for every customer.
2. Supervise and lead the on-site team with their tasks and responsibilities.
3. Maintain the clinic’s team and professionalism to sustain a patient-friendly environment.
4. Solve escalated issues related to patients.
5. Guide the sales team to improve the clinic’s conversion rate.
6. Ensure compliance and performance of the clinic with sanitary protocols.
7. Coordinate with booking agents and patient care for smooth appointment planning.
8. Participate in recruitment, marketing actions, and reception of patients.
