- Ensuring success of UX solution to a business problem
- Identifying and prioritising UX/UI issues with estimated impact
- Working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver solutions
- Proven track record of leading UX solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers and other departmental stakeholders
