Workshop Service Engineer (Automotive / HGV / Van)

£35,000 – £45,000 (40-hour week) + Overtime (1.5x 2x) + Quarterly Bonus

OTE (£50-60K)

Excellent opportunity to work with a national dealership with full training provided and a clear path of progression.

On offer is a position based on a 40-hour week with generous overtime availability, quarterly bonuses and great benefits.

Long established this company are a main dealership to vehicles and have multiple sites across South Wales.

In this role you will be workshop based and work to maintain a range of vans and HGV vehicles. Multiple shift patterns are available including straight days and 6-2pm / 2 10pm. Full training is provided so anyone with a background in cars, vans or HGV vehicles will be considered.

The Role

*Maintenance of HGV and other associated vehicles

*Optional weekend work

*Weekday overtime paid at 1.5x

*Sunday overtime paid at 2x

The Person

*Background in any vehicle industry

*Mechanical engineering qualification

*Based commutable to Cardiff
