Nighshift Operations Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor at Enfield .

Working hours: 40 hours per week
Shift pattern:

Monday 02.30 – 08.30

Tuesday to Friday 00.00 – 09.00 (30 minute break)

Salary: £15.86 (night premia payable for hours worked between 22.00 – 06.00)

What you will be doing:

1. Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
2. Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
3. Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
4. Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
5. Ensuring your team follows safe, secure, and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

1. Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
2. Ability to manage own and team\’s time effectively with attention to detail
