We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our clients team on a part-time basis. Working fully on-site in a corporate environment, you will be the first point of contact for all general HR queries while also supporting key HR processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for general HR-related queries, providing guidance in line with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Draft and issue offer letters, contracts of employment, and other key HR documentation.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including liaising with hiring managers, posting job adverts, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date using Sage HR.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth induction process.
  • Provide support with HR administration, including updating policies, handling employee changes, and managing probation periods.
  • Support employee relations matters where required.
  • Ensure compliance with HR best practices and legal requirements.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisory or HR Administration role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment legislation.
  • Proficiency in Sage HR or similar HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
