An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to join a well-established and growing not for profit organisation in a leadership capacity. This role will oversee financial operations across multiple sites, ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and strategic planning.
The Role
- Managing financial processes, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance
- Leading and developing a finance team to ensure efficiency and high performance
- Overseeing procurement and contract management, ensuring value for money
- Preparing financial reports and providing analysis to support senior leadership decisions
- Assisting with payroll processing, reconciliations, and expense management
- Implementing and maintaining financial policies and procedures across the organisation
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (AAT Level 4, CIMA, ACCA) with experience in a financial management role, ideally within a multi-site or complex organisation. Strong leadership skills, proficiency in finance and accounting software, and a solid understanding of budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis are essential.
