Our client, a luxury travel brand, is seeking a Golf Travel Specialist to tailor-make worldwide golfing holidays. You will be using your expertise and golf travel knowledge to maintain and grow a portfolio of clients, so excellent customer service is key to this role. This role can be hybrid or possibly remote for the right candidate with a competitive salary.

Golf Travel Specialist responsibilities:

  • Identify each client’s needs and preferences and ensure sales opportunities are maximised
  • Use your extensive golf destination knowledge to identify each client’s specific needs and preferences
  • Handle golf enquiries and reservation requests from clients and convert to bookings
  • Ensure all travel documentation, reservations and logistics are executed flawlessly
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPI's

Luxury Golf Travel Sales Consultants requirements:

  • Solid experience in luxury leisure travel specialising in golf travel experiences
  • Knowledge of a GDS - ideally Amadeus
  • Excellent travel industry and worldwide golf travel knowledge
  • Strong negotiation skills to ensure perks and benefits for clients
  • High level of accuracy and attention-to-detail for professional presentation of all documentation
