As a Senior Associate, Of Counsel or Legal Director , you may be keen to take the next step in your career this year to secure a Partnership position but may be blocked for such an opportunity at your own Firm. Through many years of experience, Segal Placements now works with a number of Firms across London and the South East where we are actively encouraged to send them top quality Senior Associates or equivalent who are already UK Qualified, currently working in private practice in the UK and who have already started building a following and understand what it takes to bring work into their Firm.

We are currently working with no less than SEVENTEEN such Firms ranging from some of the more progressive International/City Firms to Mid Town, West End and Regional Firms, all of whom recognize the value of bringing the next crop of Junior Partners through. We have placed lawyers as Junior as 5PQE straight into Partnership elsewhere.
