We’re hiring for a Social Media Manager to support our organic social team at Wise for a 12 month fixed contract. This team is responsible for Wise’s strategy and presence on organic social channels, helping to get Wise in front of new audiences and drive customer growth.
Your mission:
- Support the organic social team lead on strategy development and execution in key English-speaking markets.
- Grow visibility, engagement, and audiences for new platform pages for key markets.
- Produce highly localized relevant content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Liaise with other teams and channels on regional campaigns for social.
- Work with the organic social lead and team on monthly reporting to effectively communicate platform page performance progression.
- Collaborate with content creators in the team and share ideas for ensuring execution aligns with the Wise brand.
Qualifications:
- You have your finger on the pulse with trends on social media.
- You’ve got proof of creating and executing a strategy that grows reach and engagement.
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Solid experience with content creation tools e.g. Figma.
- Experience with video editing tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro preferred but not essential.
- Natural flair for creating punchy and engaging copy.
