Our client is seeking an Airfreight Pricing Coordinator to join their growing team in Heathrow, UK. As an Airfreight Pricing Coordinator, you will provide competitive pricing and consistent responses to clients, offices & partners, analyzing unsuccessful quotes and providing general support to the Sales Team to develop business.

Job type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00-16:30 or 09:00-17:30)

Salary: Up to £30

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with airlines to secure the best rates and attending airline meetings.
  • Liaising with overseas agents to arrange destination charges in various countries.
  • Handling import and export quotes.
  • Using courier systems to find and compare the best pricing options.
  • Providing multiple pricing solutions to Business Development Managers (BDMs).
  • Tracking quotes and bookings using Excel.
  • Data entry and ensuring all information is up to date.

Required:

  • Background in freight forwarding with a UK-based freight forwarder.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in handling pricing and negotiation with key partners is preferred.
  • Airfreight knowledge is preferred, but not essential.
