Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Change Manager for a large multinational financial services company. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the role is to work with Project Managers to lead and, in some instances, to be “hands-on” with internal and external communications, and the activities to ensure business readiness to adopt the change.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a change management capability which supports the project delivery process.
- Develop an agreed list of change management artefacts which will support the change management team in delivering a seamless program for the varied levels of change within the business.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business impacts and use this as the foundation for the impact assessment plan.
- Create and deliver a communication plan, considering the use of different types and combinations of channels to effectively reach impacted stakeholders.
- Manage and deliver the agreed change management program within the agreed timeframes.
- Facilitate change management meetings with assigned working groups/representatives.
- Provide enterprise and client reporting within a regular and agreed timeframe.
- Deliver a monthly Change Management update for Executive reporting.
- Govern and maintain all change artefacts and the intranet site.
- Provide support to Project Managers that are delivering change management within a project.
- Contribute to the review of initiative successes through participation in Post Implementation Reviews and tracking value of change.
- Ensure that the relevant risks are understood, and controls are in place with respect to the global governance frameworks.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Change Manager in project-based environments.
- Demonstrated change delivery skills.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of motivation, innovation, and initiative.
- Commercial, risk aware and outcomes focused.
- Ability to work across organisational boundaries and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to deliver required outcomes.
Salary: ÂŁ55,000 - ÂŁ65,000 plus bonus
Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in Bournemouth office)
