We are looking for an experienced Repairs Surveyor to join our team. You will carry out property surveys, diagnose complex faults, and oversee repair work. This role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, maintaining accurate records, and providing solutions that align with ombudsperson recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property surveys and diagnose complex faults.
- Prepare specifications and oversee contractors' work.
- Carry out Damp Mould and Condensation (DMC) inspections.
- Ensure services comply with health and safety legislation.
- Maintain accurate records in Guinness systems.
- Provide weekly updates on work progress.
- Collaborate with various teams to improve service delivery.
- Manage budgets and ensure costs align with agreements.
- Ensure GDPR compliance when handling customer data.
- Monitor referrals and report safeguarding concerns.
