Role: Finance, Comms & Logistics Administrator c£33k + Bonus + Benefits

FULL TIME or PART TIME HOURS TO SUIT (MINIMUM 5 HRS PER DAY ON SITE) - PERMANENT ROLE

Our client is a global leader in their field. They are a client focused, cash rich, zero debt business. Due to continued growth they are looking for an Accounts, Communications & Logistics Administrator. The successful candidate will join a motivated team that offers the opportunity to:

  • Payments (from customers, and to suppliers)
  • Raising and sending invoices
  • Credit Control
  • Making Payments
  • Allocating Banking
  • Answering accounts queries
  • Agreeing process for lost/damaged items
  • During busy periods or in the absence of the logistics co-ordinator assist with logistics admin tasks
  • Sending out customer feedback forms/surveys
  • Supporting internal communications programmes

Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a day with calm temperament
  • Experience in Accounts payments
  • Comfortable demonstrating flexibility, able to take ‘ownership’ of tasks & evidence of practical problem solving & prioritisation.
  • Demonstrable track record of teamwork and a good period of loyalty to a previous employer
  • Good communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Some evidence of commercial thinking, or commercial responsibility (managing costs) would be beneficial
  • Previous experience dealing with both sales & operational personnel would be an advantage
